What can I expect in a Crystal Method Reflexology session?
A very powerful yet gentle treatment commences by accessing some ear acupressure points with a crystal wand, directing energy flow to relax the mind and body in preparation for the healing treatment to the body's meridians via the feet.
The session continues with a brief traditional Reflexology treatment to the feet followed by connecting to meridian points on the feet with the crystal wand. This procedure amplifies the energy flow through the meridians, breaking down blockages which allows for a freer flow.
Accessing the seven main chakra points on the feet, to help balance energy flow within the body, completes the treatment.
Other crystals may be used during the treatment to aid in energy flow and enhance the body's ability to relax and stimulate self healing.
